The Good, The Bad…

And you guessed it, The Ugly.

What news do you want to hear first?  Are you a good news comes first or last sort of person?  Me, I don’t really care either way.

The Good:

Daisy is the winner of my giveaway.  Since it’s the long weekend here I’ll be sending this off on Tuesday.  I got way more comments on this little purse than I ever imagined.  I hope Daisy loves her purse when it gets to her.

The Bad:

I’m just plain worn out.  I’ve put my heart and soul out there on a recent project and it got slammed down.  Never a great feeling.

The Ugly:

My favourite pair of pants in the ENTIRE UNIVERSE are past wearability.  Though this gives me a great chance to pull them apart and (hopefully) make a pair for myself I’m sad I can’t wear these ever again.

But, there is always more good than bad right?  You bet.  I got a heads up on tons of great sites from you awesome people who entered my giveaway.  I can’t even thank you enough for sharing!  One that got me smiling was to a grand blog Chubby Hobby. Why?  Cause I already know Jo and think she’s just about as fabulous as someone can get.  Not even pulling your leg here, you have to go check her out some time.  Stop in and say hi if you don’t know her already.

Speaking of Jo, she makes just about the cutest origami earrings you’ve ever seen.  She recently sent me a pair and I’ve been wearing them constantly since I got them in the mail earlier in the week.

They came packaged in this sweet little box she made.  The little B on it made me smile.

Tell me those aren’t fab.

The bummer?  This girl doesn’t sell them.  I know, what’s her problem right?  Well, I hinted that she should, so if she ever does I’ll be sure to let you know.  Until then, you can go check out her tutorial and make yourself a pair.

And….I know I’ve been super slacker on sharing my made me may clothes.  I missed last Saturday completely and tomorrow is Saturday coming for another visit.  My head has been somewhere that does not include atop of my shoulders, I can’t remember what I wore this week on which day let alone last week.  I will post a bunch of the things I do remember wearing though, but that’s tomorrow.  For today I’m going to go start working on another project.
